Seakeeper Ride is the first Vessel Attitude Control System (VACS), designed to eliminate up to 70% of pitch and roll while underway. With controllers mounted on your boat’s transom, this complete underway stabilization system uses sensors that take 1,000 measurements per second and rotary actuators capable of making 100 adjustments per second. Paired with intelligent software, it reacts instantly to changing conditions—automatically adjusting your boat’s running attitude without you lifting a finger. As the blades are deployed, they create lift at the transom, managing the vessel’s motion instantaneously to counteract pitch, roll, and yaw.

Proven Performance on Sailfish Boats

In sea trials aboard the Sailfish 252 CC equipped with the Seakeeper Ride 450, results showed a 34% reduction in roll and a 59% reduction in pitch in 1–2 ft. seas. That means a smoother ride, less fatigue, and a better boating experience for everyone onboard.

Already own one of these Sailfish models but didn’t buy it with Seakeeper Ride? No problem: many boats can be retrofitted through Seakeeper Ride’s dealer network in as few as two days. 

• Important note for boats with recessed trim tab pockets: Seakeeper Ride is currently not compatible with Sailfish boat models that have recessed trim tab pockets; however, there are solutions available for boats designed with traditional trim tab pockets: either by using a Seakeeper Ride Pocket Fit Kit, or by using a traditional fiberglass pocket fill.
