Dwight Williams and his family are from Kiawah, SC and own a 2018 Sailfish 270CC. You can catch the Williams family cruising into Charleston, anchoring off the end of Kiawah Island, or docking at a restaurant for a quick bite to eat in Shem Creek.
After looking at several center consoles in the 26′ twin-engine range, Dwight knew the Sailfish 270CC was a perfect fit for his boating lifestyle.
“What stood out to us most was the cockpit depth. It provides us with an extra level of comfort and safety particularly with young children,” said Dwight. “It is a great balance for cruising with the family and serious fishing.”
Sailfish offers great versatility for fishing families and has equipped the Williams family with a boat built for their dynamic boating lifestyle. Like all Sailfish boats, the 270CC can transition from fishing to family-friendly in a snap.
“Pop out the seat cushions and the back bench and she is ready for some fishing! Put the seat cushions back in place, snap in the front table in and it’s perfect for a leisurely cruise,” said Dwight.
Comfortable seating, a spacious cockpit, and a retractable ski tow bar make the 270CC a fantastic family fun boat. Dwight loves a good combo day of cruising and dropping anchor to enjoy lunch and time with his children, grandchildren and friends.
Dwight says, “Most of my favorite memories include my co-captain grandson sitting next to me whenever we are cruising. He absolutely loves it and will drive you crazy until he gets on the boat again!”
